Overall Character: Mint Julep

| Nose: Mild mint, tea leaves, caramel, honey, almond and ginger root.

| Palate: Mint julep like, with caramel, feint mint and cane sugar, along with spicy cinnamon.

| Finish: Medium long with oak and cinnamon

| Overall: While I repeatedly refer to mint and mint julep, it’s just a very small likeness. It’s in comparison to a standard bourbon. This has notes that elude to what my taste buds recollect as mint julep accents.
