Overall Character: Charred oak, caramel, and baking spices.

| Nose: Grassy herbs, caramel, charred oak, and mild cherry

| Palate: Caramel, cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg and sharp spicy oak.

| Finish: Short-medium dry and citrusy, with burnt oak.

| Overall: Great taste, little balance. Interesting approach with a grooved barrel, but that’s about it. Definitely strong oak influence.
