Overall Character: Floral, sweet and fruity.

| Nose: Bouquet of flowers (potpourri), marmalade, honey, marzipan, along with mixed fruits.

| Palate: Not as complex as the nose, but all the same notes, just toned down.

| Finish: Long and fruity, with peaches, and pear. Some hay and honey linger as well.

| Overall: Would love to try a cask strength version. That would easily hit a 9+ rating, I’d assume. If not just for more flavor, for the ability to dilute it to my content, of course. The different casks really shine for a nice balance of floral, sweet and fruity.
