Overall Character: Sweet desserts, hot cinnamon, and charred oak.

| Nose: Chocolate Mousse, Cinnamon, cake batter

| Palate: Tiramisu, caramel, more cake notes. Essentially the heat of the cask strength balances the sweetness. It also, dare I say, have hints of fireball. Essentially the cask strength and cinnamon notes combine here.

| Finish: Medium finish of warm honey and nutmeg, with trailing charred oak.

| Overall: I love this, but not for MSRP USD$150 (2023), especially for being less than 5 years old.
