Overall Character: Bread, hops and tea

| Nose : strong hops, lemongrass, dish soap, with some hints of vanilla wafer and buttered biscuit

| Palate : sweet earl Grey tea, sweet bread, sweet potato, mild Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom.

| Finish : medium cinnamon, ginger, and sweet tea. More bitter hops linger

| Overall : The fermented mash was made with hops, and it comes out in the flavor. It’s amazingly unique, with very nice taste. Not high end, or overly complex. This isn’t anything amazing, just fun and different.
Try it for some fun!
