Overall Character:
| Nose : Blackberry preserves, marzipan, mild coconut and pear.
| Palate : Juicy and sweet, with a spicy oak bite. Cracked peppercorn, kettle corn, marzipan and cherry pits.
| Finish : Medium long pear and apple peals. Some cinnamon and nutmeg, with hints of caramel.
| Overall : A solid tasty bourbon. Very well balanced and delicious. Excellent cost /performance too.
