Overall Character: Nuts, Chocolate, and Cherries.

| Nose: Butterscotch, custard, and caramel chews. Some mild milk chocolate. Sweet all around.

| Palate : Nuts and cherry Bonbons. Milk chocolate and very mild hints of pistachio. Apple butter, marshmallow, and toasted walnuts.

| Finish : Sadly more of a short – medium finish of chocolate and butterscotch. some oak and trailing tannins.

| Overall : Great thick flavor and balance. This is a unique and very pleasant profile. The only downfall is the finish and lack of cab flavor.
