Overall Character: Charred oak smoke, caramel and banana bread.

| Nose: Cherry, caramel, lemon, banana bread and hints of charred oak smoke.

| Palate, Caramel, toasted banana bread, mild citrus and honey

| Finish: Very long charred oak, and burnt caramel.

| Overall: Another cracker from Little Book and Noe, himself. This is a rare whiskey in that it is smoky, but not weird smoke, like peat, hickory, BBQ etc. It’s just a nice mild charred oak smokiness. Plenty of sweetness, too.
