Overall Character: Grains and very light berry flavor.

| Nose: Grains and oats, some hints of raisin and other tried berries and mild toffee.

| Palate: Again some sweetness, but mostly young grains and hints of dried berries and leather.

| Finish: Short and sweet, but again young grains and hints of berries. Feint sulphur.

| Overall: As a sherry bomb lover, I was greatly disappointed by this one. Not only is it not ideal for bourbon or Canadian whisky, but they toned it down, AND it’s young. Either way, it’s unimpressive. It’s just a novelty for someone looking for something unique. Not for connoisseurs. Naturally, some people will adore it. But not whisky lovers.
