Overall Character: Caramel, nutmeg and cocoa.
| Nose : Caramel and spices, some BBQ, and coriander. Melon.
| Palate : Very nice balance of creamy sweetness and mild spices. Caramel, nutmeg, charts oak and bitter cocoa.
| Finish : Medium – long and dry. Cocoa, nutmeg and Sulphur, with some mild sweet powdered sugar.
| Overall : Great balance and richness. Only very mild down point is a bitterness that creeps up and disappears now and again. Otherwise superb.
