Overall Character: Berries, powdered cocoa and dry oak.

| Nose: Blackberry, Mulberry, and generally berries, along with feint cocoa powder and nutmeg.

| Palate: Balanced berries, mild cinnamon, and vanilla, with very mild clove, and some dry oak and powdered cocoa.

| Finish: Medium finish of berries, cocoa and sawdust.

| Overall: A really nice low abv sherry single malt, but with balance and presence. A highly underrated whiskey from the oldest licensed distillery in the world. I just think it would be better with a little higher abv, such as 46%. Cask strength would surely be lovely, as well.
