Overall Character: Lemon cookies with sea salt.

| Nose: Lemon, plum and pear. Very fruity. Very mild marshmallow, or something sweet, perhaps, but mostly fruity.

| Palate: A bit drier and sweeter here. A bit spicy, too. White pepper, lemon and marshmallow. Like a mix of lemon cookies and vanilla wafers. Some more fruits linger, as well.

| Finish: Lingering citrus and dried fruits now, along with some trailing spiciness.

| Overall: Great bang-for-the buck and one that’ll fly under most radars.
